Applications of Medium-Sized Flake Ice Machine

High-giant flake ice machine is suitable for marine fisheries, aquatic product processing, aquatic product preservation and cooling, food preservation, slaughtering and food processing production, as well as freezing and refrigeration in hotels and bars.

Flake ice is widely used in various links such as refrigeration, transportation and processing of aquatic products like fish. During application, flake ice can provide a suitable low-temperature environment to achieve the effects of preservation and cooling. With the mandatory implementation of food safety production, the unique processing method of flake ice maintains its cleanliness during the production process. It can be directly added to food, and also prevents food from deteriorating due to temperature rise during processing, thus ensuring food quality.

Operating Conditions of Ice Machine

1. Rated Operating Conditions: The ambient temperature is 23℃, and the water temperature is 15℃. For every 5℃ decrease in ambient temperature and water temperature, the ice production capacity increases by 10%.

2. Working Power Supply: 3P/380V/50Hz (can be customized according to customer requirements), with a voltage fluctuation range of ±10%.

3. Water Supply Pressure: 0.1Mpa - 0.3Mpa

4. Operating Conditions of Refrigeration Unit: Evaporation temperature is -20℃, condensation temperature is 40℃.

5. Flake Ice Thickness: 1.5 - 2.6mm, and the flake ice temperature reaches -8℃
