Haiju flake ice machines are suitable for marine fisheries, aquatic product processing, aquatic product preservation and cooling, food preservation, slaughtering and food processing, and hotel and bar refrigeration.
Flake ice is widely used in the refrigeration, transportation, and processing of fish and other aquatic products. During use, flake ice provides an ideal low-temperature environment, achieving both freshness preservation and cooling. Enforcement of food safety and the unique flake ice processing method ensure the cleanliness of the ice during production. It can be directly added to food, preventing food spoilage due to elevated temperatures during processing, thus ensuring food quality.
Ice Machine Operating Conditions:
1. Standard Operating Conditions: Ambient temperature of 23°C, water temperature of 15°C. When the ambient temperature and water temperature decrease by 5℃, the ice production capacity increases by 10%.
2. Working power supply: 3N/380V/50Hz (can be customized according to customer requirements), voltage fluctuation range ±10%.
3. Water supply pressure: 0.1Mpa-0.3Mpa.
